Return Window and Eligibility

Frost Buddy | Drinkware Like No One Else | Faith, Family, Community offers a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for all orders placed through this website. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused
• Remain in its original packaging

This policy applies solely to purchases made directly from Frost Buddy’s website. Items purchased from retail stores or other websites must be returned according to those sellers’ policies.

How to Initiate a Return

All returns require an initial step through the returns portal found on our contact page. Please do not send any items back without first starting your return through this portal.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a damaged product, receiving an incorrect item, or if the product did not meet your expectations, Frost Buddy will provide a prepaid shipping label.
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Inspection and Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it undergoes inspection to confirm it meets the return criteria. For damaged or incorrect orders, we may request a photo from you to assist with the review process.

If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to process after the return is received.

Exchanges

Frost Buddy does not process direct exchanges. To obtain a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, we cannot cancel or modify orders.
