Order Processing

After you place your order, allow us 1-3 business days to process and prepare your package for shipment. Processing does not include weekends or holidays, which may extend this timeframe to the next business day.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $70 within the United States. For orders under $70, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, so you will see the exact shipping cost before completing your payment.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order ships, domestic delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping service selected during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

When your shipping label is created, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Occasionally, carriers may scan a package as delivered before it physically arrives. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please wait 1-2 days.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Address Accuracy and Reshipment

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Packages returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect addresses can generally be reshipped; however, additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
